Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account: your name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash) and, if you add it, your mobile number. If you sign in with Google we receive your name and email address from Google — nothing else.
• Orders: delivery addresses, GSTIN if you give one, what you ordered, and how you paid.
• Payments: handled by Razorpay. We receive a payment reference and the method used (for example "UPI"), never your card number or UPI PIN.
• Returns and messages: what you write to us and any photos you upload with a return request.
• Technical: your IP address, kept briefly in server logs and used to stop abuse such as password guessing.

Cookies and local storage

We set one cookie to keep you signed in. Your cart, saved items and recently viewed products are kept in your browser's local storage; when you are signed in, your cart is also saved to your account so it follows you between devices. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

To process and deliver orders, send order and tracking emails, handle cancellations, returns and refunds, issue invoices, keep the site secure, and meet our tax and accounting obligations. We send marketing email only if you sign up to the newsletter, and every email lets you unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

Only the people who need it to complete your order: the courier (name, address and phone), Razorpay (payment), our email and hosting providers, and tax authorities where the law requires. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires (currently eight years). Account details are kept until you ask us to close your account.

Your rights

You can see and update your details and addresses in your account. To get a copy of your data, correct it, or have your account deleted, email oneerafurniture@gmail.com.
