1. Who we are

This website is run by Oneera Home Essentials ("Oneera Home Essentials", "we", "us"), Kothamangalam, Nellikuzhi, Ernakulam, Kerala, 686691. "You" means the person using the website or placing an order.

2. Your account

You need an account to place an order. Keep your password private; you are responsible for orders placed from your account. We may suspend accounts that are used fraudulently or abusively.

3. Products and prices

Photographs are a guide: wood grain, shade and fabric colour vary naturally between pieces and can look different on a screen. Small variations are not defects. Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST where it applies. Shipping and any cash-on-delivery fee are shown at checkout. If a price is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it; you will get an email. Until then you can cancel it from your account. Stock is reserved when the order is placed (and, for online payment, paid).

5. Payment

Online payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details. Where cash on delivery is offered, please have the exact amount ready. We may withdraw cash on delivery for particular products, amounts or PIN codes.

6. Delivery, cancellation and returns

7. Use and care

Furniture and home products must be used for their intended purpose and looked after as described on the product page. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, overloading, damp or direct sunlight, or by assembly or repair carried out by someone other than us.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala.
